YOUR TRIP SERVICE RETAINER SECURES YOUR TRAVEL AGENT AND INCLUDES:

In-depth consultation, research, development of the itinerary, revisions and customizations, booking and managing all components, and help and support before traveling, while traveling, and after travel is completed. Your own "Travel Concierge"--a text, call or email away! (Please note that texts and emails are unlimited, but phone calls and in person visits may require an appointment.) 

You will also received a detailed online virtual itinerary that can be downloaded, printed or viewed in the Trip App on your mobile device. This makes traveling easy, with tickets, confirmations, advice, and suggestions attached to each day on your travel itinerary. You will have everything you need for your vacation right in your hand.

I go above and beyond what other travel agencies may provide with genuine, passionate, heartfelt service, which always includes special amenities and gifts. I strive to make sure you receive MUCH MORE BACK THAN WHAT YOU PAID in gifts, amenities and service.

The Trip Service Retainer price is per person traveling, one-time cost per trip. "Trip" is defined as "an itinerary including a starting and ending point, (where the client leaves home being the starting point and returns home being the ending point)."

SERVICE RETAINER PRICE:

$150 per person, per trip (before discounts)

DISCOUNTS: 

VIP DISCOUNT: Returning clients and Facebook group members receive a 10% discount.

GROUP DISCOUNT: A group of 7 or more people traveling together on the same trip are reduced to a flat rate of $800.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

INDEPENDENT TRAVEL: Vacations with 3 or more destinations are subject to an additional $100 per destination for the third destination onward.

RUSH: Last minute bookings to be travelled within 60 days will be subject to additional fees of $100.00 per person.

ACTIVITIES: Most excursion bookings with tour companies will be included in the price of the Service Retainer, however, there are items like restaurant reservations, spa treatments, zoo tickets, museum tickets, and theater tickets that do not fall within this coverage. This is a service available for $100 per person per trip.

We offer quality service finding you the BEST travel routes, cruises, accommodations, tours and excursions for your money. Please note that Experience Joy Travel Company is not a "Discount Travel Agency". We do not charge you more than the listed cost from the vendor, and make every effort to inform you of accurate pricing before booking.

Please note that prices are TIME SENSITIVE and may change by the hour, so itineraries may vary slightly in price from the original proposal to when the actual booking is made. Hotels, flights and cruises are also subject to being sold out.

Experience Joy Travel Company makes every effort to remind you that your reservation name must MATCH your passport or government ID EXACTLY.

This agreement is between you and Experience Joy Travel Company LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person making inappropriate requests, found to be breaking the law, or behaving in a rude manner.

Service fees from travel suppliers and travel companies are separate from the cost of the Trip Service Retainer AND the cost of your travel itinerary.

PLEASE NOTE: TRAVELERS WITH PRIOR FELONIES MAY NOT BE ADMITTED INTO CERTAIN COUNTRIES.

• ALL TRIP SERVICE RETAINERS AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, whether or not you decide to book travel with Experience Joy Travel Company or cancel your entire trip. When you pay the retainer, your service is guaranteed and the work process begins behind the scenes. Research is done for you, as well as task lists created and paperwork completed. All of these things are included in your retainer cost, and therefore cannot be refunded in the event that you decide not to travel.
• This Agreement is separate from your agreements with any travel suppliers, e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and any other service suppliers.
