In-depth consultation and discovery meeting, research, development of the itinerary, revisions and customizations, booking and managing all components, and help and support before traveling, while traveling, and after travel is completed. You can call or message your personal travel agent any time with questions or concerns and expect a swift response. You will also received a detailed online virtual itinerary that can be downloaded, printed or viewed in the Trip App on your mobile device. This makes traveling easy, with tickets, confirmations, advice, and suggestions attached to each day on your travel itinerary. You will have everything you need for your vacation right in your hand.

"ELEVATED CONCIERGE SERVICE RETAINER" INCLUDES EVERYTHING ABOVE, PLUS ALL ITEMS LISTED BELOW: 

Restaurant reservations, spa treatment appointments, zoo tickets, museum tickets, and theater tickets do not fall within the basic coverage. Also, it is worth noting that this elevated service includes help with cancellations for any reason, as well as insurance claims for the client, in case of emergency cancellations.

BASIC SERVICE RETAINER:

$150 per person, per trip (before discounts)

 ELEVATED CONCIERGE SERVICE: 

$250 per person, per trip (before discounts)

DISCOUNTS: 

VIP DISCOUNT: Returning clients and "Experience Joy VIP" Facebook group members receive a 10% discount.

GROUP DISCOUNT: A group of 7 or more people traveling together on the same trip are reduced to a flat rate of $800.

CRUISE DISCOUNT: 8 or more cabins on the same cruise are reduced to a flat rate of $1000. Already know which cruise you want me to book? I will waive the basic retainer.

COUPONS: If you have a coupon, please provide the code when filling out the "Traveler Information Form".

ADDITIONAL SERVICE FEES:

UN-GUIDED TRAVEL: Un-guided vacations with 3 or more destinations are subject to an additional $100 per destination for the third destination onward per trip.

RUSH: Last minute bookings to be travelled within 15-60 days will be subject to additional fees of $100.00 per person per trip. PLEASE NOTE: People who wish to travel within two weeks will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION: Non-emergency cancellations are subject to a fee of $100. In most cases, your Trip Service Retainer will remain intact for future use when you cancel for non-emergency purposes.

We offer quality service finding you the BEST travel routes, cruises, accommodations, tours and excursions for your money. Please note that Experience Joy Travel Company is not a "Discount Travel Agency". We do not charge you more than the listed cost from the vendor, and make every effort to inform you of accurate pricing before booking.

Please note that prices are TIME SENSITIVE and may change by the hour, so itineraries may vary slightly in price from the original proposal to when the actual booking is made. Hotels, flights and cruises are also subject to being sold out.

Experience Joy Travel Company makes every effort to remind you that your reservation name must MATCH your passport or government ID EXACTLY.

EXPERIENCE JOY TRAVEL COMPANY GENERAL TERMS AND ADVISORIES

This agreement is between you and Experience Joy Travel Company LLC.

Service fees from travel suppliers and travel companies are separate from the cost of the Retainer AND the cost of your travel itinerary.

The "Trip Service Retainer", "Elevated Concierge Service Retainer", "Rush", "Un-guided Travel", and "Cancellation" are one-time fees per trip. "Trip" is defined as "an itinerary including a starting and ending point, (where the client leaves home being the starting point and returns home being the ending point)."

PLEASE NOTE: TRAVELERS WITH PRIOR FELONIES MAY NOT BE ADMITTED INTO CERTAIN COUNTRIES.

• ALL TRIP SERVICE RETAINERS AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, whether or not you decide to book travel with Experience Joy Travel Company or cancel your entire trip. When you pay the retainer, your service is guaranteed and the work process begins behind the scenes. Research is done for you, as well as task lists created and paperwork completed. All of these things are included in your retainer cost, and therefore cannot be refunded in the event that you decide not to travel. By signing this form you waive your right to charge backs for traveled trips and cancellations.
• This Agreement is separate from your agreements with any travel suppliers, e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and any other service suppliers.
•  We reserve the right to refuse service to any person making inappropriate requests, found to be breaking the law, or behaving in a rude manner.
