YOUR TRIP SERVICE RETAINER SECURES YOUR AGENT AND INCLUDES:

  • QUALITY SERVICE: In-depth consultation, research, development of the itinerary, revisions and customizations, booking and managing all components, and help and support before traveling, while traveling, and after travel is completed. Your own "Private Travel Concierge"--a text, call or email away! (Please note that texts and emails are unlimited, but phone calls may be limited to 30 minutes or less and may require an appointment.) 
  • Detailed online virtual itinerary that can be downloaded, printed or viewed in the Trip App.
  • You may also request an in-person appointment with the owner in the office in Downtown Medford or request a Zoom Meeting.
  • We go above and beyond what other travel agencies provide with our genuine, passionate, heartfelt service, which always includes special amenities and gifts. You will receive a personal gift just before you travel!
  • The Trip Service Retainer price is per person traveling, one-time cost per trip.
  • "Trip" is defined as "an itinerary including a starting and ending point, (where the client leaves home being the starting point and returns home being the ending point)."

  • When you book with us, we make sure you feel like a VIP by upgrading your booking when possible.
  • You will receive benefits not available by direct-booking or through a online discount booking engine/agency.
  • You will even receive a cell phone number for calls and texts.
  • Your benefits will often include:
    1. Complimentary breakfast for two in the hotel restaurant
    2. Upgrade (on arrival, subject to availability)
    3. Resort, Food & Beverage, or Spa Credit (usually valued at $100-$200 per stay)
    4. Early check-in/check-out (subject to availability)
    5. Cruising Onboard Credit of $100-$200 per person.
    6. Gift Bag delivered to you with travel goodies from your advisor.

 SPECIAL CONCIERGE SERVICES (Optional) 

  • Our Trip Service Retainer cover the logistics of the trip, and includes land arrangements including hotel and airport transfers.
  • For "Special Concierge Services", (such as organizing and booking dining reservations, theater tickets, scheduling special events, beauty treatments, and spa services), our rates are based on the complexity of the events.

CRUISE, HOTEL AND AIRLINE TICKETING AND PRICING DISCLAIMERS

  • Please note that Experience Joy Travel Company is not a "Discount Travel Agency". We offer quality service finding you the BEST travel routes, cruises, accommodations, tours and excursions for your money. We do not charge you more than the listed cost on the booking engine and make every effort to inform you of accurate pricing before booking.
  • Please note that prices are TIME SENSITIVE and may change by the hour, so itineraries may vary slightly in price from the original proposal to when the actual booking is made. Hotels, flights and cruises are also subject to being sold out.
  • Experience Joy Travel Company makes every effort to remind you that your airline reservation name must MATCH your passport or government ID EXACTLY.

EXPERIENCE JOY TRAVEL COMPANY GENERAL TERMS AND ADVISORIES

  • This agreement is between you and Experience Joy Travel Company LLC.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any person misusing our time by making inappropriate requests or behaving in a rude manner.
  • "The Trip Service Retainer" is a per-person one-time fee per trip. "Trip" is defined as "an itinerary including a starting and ending point, (where the client leaves home being the starting point and returns home being the ending point)."
  • "Service Fees" are separate from the cost of the Trip Service Retainer AND the cost of your travel itinerary.
  • PLEASE NOTE: TRAVELERS WITH PRIOR FELONIES MAY NOT BE ADMITTED INTO CERTAIN COUNTRIES.
  • All Trip Service Retainers and Professional Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, whether or not you decide to book travel with Experience Joy Travel Company or cancel your entire trip.
  • This Agreement is separate from your agreements with any travel suppliers, e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and any other service suppliers.
