LATE NIGHTS IN PORT: The late port stays are essential for experiences like viewing the sunset in the famous cliffside village of Oia on Santorini, featuring "Instagrammable" whitewashed homes with blue dome roofs and windmills. While the other cruise ships are sailing away around 5pm, you will be lingering and soaking it all in, free of crowds until 10pm.
VISITING LESS-TOURISTED ISLANDS: Because the ship is small enough, we are able to visit islands that are harder for tourists to get to on big cruise ships and therefore the culture there remains mostly unaffected. This itinerary includes Patmos and Syros, which are less-touristed islands that offer easier cultural immersion during increases in Summer European tourism.
